Postino’s is one of my favorite places in Arizona to frequent. There are several locations throughout the valley, but you can always find me at the Postino Central location. The management, staff, and patrons are absolutely lovable and the experience is unmatched.

Rotating Wine List

You’ll always find a new assortment of wines for the occasional visit to Postino’s. However, if you enjoy frequenting the establishment like me, mainstays such as the Downtown Blend and Stage Dive Pinot Noir are always available. Their selection of wines cannot be matched.  

Sssshhh…There’s A Secret Menu

If you have a craving for something different, just as your server or bartender about the secret menu. I was shocked and happily surprised when I learned about their secret menu that includes a brussel sprout bruschetta, topped with a delicious and citrusy orange glaze. Let them know Shondi sent you! 

$5 ‘Til 5 Every Day 

YES!!! Before 5:00 p.m., at Postino Central enjoy a delectable variety of wines by the glass and pitchers of select beers just $5. An amazing price for an amazing establishment. 

Everyone’s A Team Player

Postino Central offers a team serving atmosphere. This means you may be served by multiple team members. If they see your water glass is empty, they will quickly fill it! They are fast, friendly, and never frazzled – even at the busiest times. 

Board & Bottle Night

Perfect for date night, girls night, or just a night out on the town. Postino Central’s Board & Bottle night does not disappoint. Every Monday and Tuesday after 8:00 pm grab a board and an entire bottle of wine for only $25. Now are you realizing why I love this place so much!

Late August Sauvignon Blanc

I’ve enjoyed plenty of sips, but I’m always surprised when I discover something new. After sampling nearly every Sauvignon Blanc I’ve come across, I’ve finally begun to appreciate it’s true essence. I sniff, sip, and savor to appreciate the acidity and fruitiness the wine brings. As my palate has matured, Last August has grown on me.

Zoe 

Inquisitiveness brought me into sipping Zoe, which is a Roditis wine. Although it may sound like a skin condition, it’s actually a pleasant, medium-bodied wine that I now LOVE. Zoe is delicious and has a crisp finish. Pair it with pesto and salmon bruschetta for a delightful combination. 

Borealis

This wine is a perfect white blend where you can sip and relax after allowing it to chill. 

My mom and I enjoyed this so much because it wasn’t too strong or too sweet. My mom liked it so much, she brought home a bottle, so we could sip again. 

While there are many impressive wines to appreciate at Postino Central these are a few of my favorites.
